Poke a hole in the middle of the bottle and break the pen. Stick the pen inside the hole and seal it with tape. Pour Water in the bottle.
Make two little bowl looking things and put on on the top of the bottle to put your weed and and make sure the one you put at the end of the pen has a stem so you can stick it in (no pun intended)
