Dude I use those things too...It's an easy fix when youre too lazy to roll a blunt and dont have your glass piece handy...
btw..I made the dopest bong out of this crap lying around my physics lab. I used a flask, a rubber stopper, and 2 elongated glass straws with wide ends. Also a long piece of rubber tubing to pull through. Used a glass drill bit to drill a carb and made a beautiful bong.
