Why is it that when I call the dumb automated bitch asks me to put in the number I am calling about. Then when I get some stupid fuck they STILL ask me for my fucking number. Why the Fuck did I just put the Fucking number in u dumb Fuck.

Oh yeah and I still dont have Fucking DSL, because these dumb Fucks are too Fucking stupid to Fucking fix the Fucking shit.

And next customer Fucking service rep the Fucking hangs up on me after 20+ mins on hold I am gonna Fucking drive to where ever the Fuck these Fucks are and Fucking choke the Fuck with his/her Fucking stupid Verizon telephone Fucking cord.

my verizon dsl sucks donkey nuggets.

it takes almost as long as dial up, i realy think i am paying this extra money for a box with flashing lights. It is like its laughing at me when i am online.

There has been several times where I would call, be on hold forever, and then get disconnected at least twice before actually getting some idiot CSR who doesn't know shit.

BTW, they are located in Lehigh Valley, PA.
