| 25 and over
just heard a radio ad for some bar in woucester(sp?)... I think it was called something like "the art bar". radio ad said that you had to be 25 & over to get in. Ive never heard of a bar with a 25 & over age requirment. isnt this a form of discrimination? |

There's an Art Bar in Providence, and it's 25+ to get in. Are you sure the place you heard about is in Worcester?

Most discrimination laws are written to allow business to get around them if they have a legitimate business purpose in not adhering to the law. They’re business purpose is an older crowd. Also, availability of other bars diminishes claim. It’s not like this is the only place to get a drink in Worcester.
