Well, my supervisor is a bitch, and half the people at my office believe it. it sucks that im stuck with it, but im sure other people are too,. Most people say not to take what she says personally, and to let it slide off me. Thats kool, but it's still annoying as hell to deal with a bitchy / asshole person Do any of you have this problem, and how do you deal with it |

I go through this every day but I work with family so I can get away with a lot more. I've told them straight up, "You're acting like an asshole!" or last week I said, "You owe me an apology!" - it works but they also reciprocate. I dont think you could get away with this anywhere else though. Emotional stress is just that - unless it's effecting your job (performance, quality, etc) you are forced to just deal with it. If it does effect your work and others well then you need to take certain measures - talk to her, her supervisor, document examples of action and dialogue, etc etc. You know the deal. Or if youre lucky, one of my friends ran into one of his supervisors at a strip club - that supervisor happened to be married with kids - and subsequently never gave my friend shit at work again.... Hope it gets better bro...

the best way to "break in" a new boss is to kill them with kindness... Be so fucking nice to them that they'll feel guilty about it...it's going to help her realize what an asshole she's being. It can't hurt....
