Starting a club?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this but I'm debating if I should start a club in my town. If this is not the correct place could someone point me towards the right forums. But, I am a DJ myself so I have most of the equipment. I am only 19 though and going to be going to school for music production. My town has an approximate population of about 49,000-50,000. What do you others think? I live in central PA 2 hours from Pitt and 5 from Philly.
