With the release of the Get Physical compilation in 2004, M.A.N.D.Y. set the bar high for house and techno lovers alike and remains one of the world's most desired DJs and have continued to impress for the last 15 years. It’s no surprise that they continue to create dazzling, impeccable musical works of art.
You could throw around generous descriptors and any number of genre-locking terms; electronic pop, minimal house, acid techno. But you'd still fail to get to the center of Matthew Dear. With releases under no fewer than three aliases, including False (M_NUS), Jabberjaw (Perlon), and Audion (Spectral Sound), the Texas native has earned his international status over the course of a decade, getting his bearings on the DJ decks since he was a teenager to flooring sold-out crowds at venues like Fabric, and releasing universally praised original productions.
Death by Analog has been making waves in Montreal for the last few years on the techno/ house scene. This super-talented duo has been producing as well as deejaying. They have demanded attention, and received it, as they have recently gotten much deserved international recognition.
