| How was cream?
Hey dudes, Man Rob I got your message but I have had a hell of a week-end allready at that point and I knew I was'nt goin' to cream anyway [even tough I had free VIPs... fuckin' shame on me!] so... But hey, how was it. What about Mistress?!? Fair enough? Tell me about it man. By the way man, you in the middle of 7000 other party freaks, I had no chance of findin' ya. Any word from our little missy? Yeah you bella!!!! I almost died waitin' for your call!!!! All right, just kidding. Seriously Rob, next time you're in town, tell us beforehand so we can plan a few drinks... or a big freaky night out. I dont know for bella but I'll sure be there. By the way, my advice for this week: Dont rent an S+M outfitt to go to a party where the theme is supposed to be leather/PVC but really is "all that glitters". Yeap! you kids have a good start and I'll talk to ya all later |

hey bella: oh man i'm sorry to hear about that. i wish i could have been there to help you through it. i hope you're feelin better and back to your beautiful self again. hey jonny: sorry about not calling sooner - i got completely thrown into work and couldn't get 2 seconds of privacy. also my family was there and they were being all nuts. but next time we will definitely plan ahead. i'm thinking of coming up on oct 5 for tiesto, and also there are all of these jewish holidays coming up so my mom wants me to be in montreal. i don't know for sure when those are but i bet we can definitely hang then. hey bella + jonny: i never quite made it to cream. i got really sick and couldn't move and had this huge fever and everything. it really sucked. i wanted to go out but it just wasn't in the stars. karma can be a bitch sometimes, eh? peaz, rob |

yo kido!! We'll definitely have to get together but me just comin' back from Ibiza, I'll have to let you kids run wild at Sona alone. Unless by some kinda miracle, 2 weeks in Barcelona and Ibiza would'nt have altered my health [somehow doubt it]. So man you've been there? We're thinkin of catchin' the space closin' party but other than that, I'm still lookin' for cues on the good spots. Have you been to Cocoon? I know they have Richie hawtin and Derrik Carter for the closer. Anyway man, hit me back caus' any good info would be cool. I seriously need to get into that fuckin' hotel booking shit. |

hey jonny - my reviews of ibiza are all over this board and the ny one. barcelona was my favorite non-ibiza city in spain - it is so huge that just finding a mountain or tall building to look out on everything is so cool. the thing is that barcelona is really easy to get around (the subway makes it small). spend a night chilling on the ramblas (its best after a few pints and lots of paella). also my b est day was spending the afternoon on montjuic - you take a funicular train to the middle of the mountain and there are musems there and the olympic village. then you can take a cable car up to the top. we spent a while chilling there - we even met some american kids waiting on line to go back down the cable car. then we met for beers at this little bar in the middle of the mountain. it was so cool! here are my picks: amnesia was the hottest place 4 me. cocoon and godskitchen were my favorite nights there. i also liked space, eden and pacha. make sure that someone you like is at pacha before you go - i'm very particular about the house i like. jugement sundays at eden was off the hook - lisa lashes is my goddess. i thought manumission was ok but not really my thing. you should check out privilege if you get a chance though - it is HUGE! for after hours, space and dc-10 were where its at. dc-10 is smaller but the vibe is incredible. also it is close to salinas so it is perfect for passing out after 12 hours of clubbin. i was a tourist and spent most of my evenings at cafe del mar in san an, and cafe mambo is nearby and a good place for the good stuff, if you know what i mean. don't stay in san antonio - the brits there are fucking crazy. rent a car - you'll thank me. you do a lot of travelling and running and shoving for buses gets tiring after a while. the cool thing about the buses is that you get a chance to hear 5 different languages spoken within a 3 foot radius of you. we stayed in talamanca which i thought would be a downer, but don't expect to do anything in your hotel but keep your stuff. we did most of our sleeping on salinas in the afternoons. i didn't really get a chance to explore much more of the island, though i would love to get on that action. honestly, once you know the quintissential places to see (salinas, space, cafe del mar) and the dj listings from ibiza-spotlight.com or "mixmag over there" (which is free) the rest is all up to you. you will have the greatest time of your life. that's all i have to say about that. rob |
