New Forum member but OldSchool DJ

Figured I'd post up and introduce myself my name is Hector D aka DJ TooHypE I been spinning since the late 80's up until 2001 but recently got back into the DJ scene as of beginning of 2006/9 and just trying to catch up into the scene. Anyhow nothing special about me just that I was born in Chicago where the original Hot Mix 5 was established and grew up into the House scene where House, Hip-House, Techno, Hard-House and other styles grew. But anyhow figured I bring in one of my early post and repost this again to mentioned whom inspired me to get into the House scene. Please look at the post I made below. Thanks

Original Hot Mix 5, I was 8-9 Years old when I accidently tuned too some music stations one evening which was 102.7 FM WBMX and was hooked ever since. Thanks Mom for letting me change the station. Later also tuned too 107.5 WGCI later. But overall the original Hot Mix 5 I have outmost respect because it was they whom influence me to listen to House Music.

1. Farley "Jackmaster" Funk,
2. Mickey "Mixin" Oliver,
3. Scott "Smokin" Silz,
4. Ralphi "The Razz" Rosario
5. Kenny "Jammin" Jason

But from these Hot Mix 5 the ones whom really inspired me too DJ was in no perticular order down below they influence me to DJ I wanted to be like them.

1. Julian "Jumpin" Perez
2. Bad Boy Bill
3. Mickey "Mixin" Oliver
4. Kenny "Jammin" Jason
5. Mario "Smokin" Diaz

& Shout out too them

Fast Eddie
Mike "Hitman" Wilson
Steve "Silk" Hurley
Frankie "Hollywood" Rodriguez
Edward "Get Down" Crosby
There are many more I can't think off top of my head. But also props to the newest DJ's that introduce me too other styles too like Techno & Hard House, like Alex Peace, DJ BAM BAM, CZR, and more.
