Looking for Parnell

Does anyone know Parnell Delcham, he used to be the Beverage Manager at the Hard Rock, he ran Baby's etc. Unfortunately he changed his number and I can not track him down. I am coming to Las Vegas this weekend. Parnell if you are out there it is Max the miami connection.

It's been a while since I talked to him. I know he is still in Vegas, just don't know where. Do you know Tim Anderson at China Grill in the Mandalay?
I am staying at Treasure Island. What do you recommend, I am 39 and looking to have some fun? Thanks in advance.

For the China Grill I know a Rob Chiti over there and I think he runs the show for the Dragon Party.

If you're staying at TI Tangerine is a must. Other than that the regular spots.
