Halloween

Hey guys. I've partied in Vegas 100 times but never on Halloween. I'll be out there Oct 27 to Oct 30 with a decent sized bachelor party.

I'm looking for some ideas and also was wondering if that was the weekend Halloween will be celebrated.

I also normally stay at the Hard Rock but I'm getting sick of the rates. May be looking to check somewhere else out. Any ideas would be appreciated.
