I think most boards tell you all you need to know. CP telsl you exactly where parties are going down for the week so its a good heads up. OR.. you can listen to the radio in town (97.5 and 98.5 are popular), they usually tell you the scoop on whats going on that night at the clubs. Also, if you want to preview the type of people that will be at the clubs, check out the photo section, browse through each venue listed and see which ones entice you the most lol.

You're right to a certain extent, but some are better than others, especially boards which cater to and are frequented by locals. For example, in Boston we have a few great clubbing boards that are dedicated to the local scene are very busy with locals. On a board like that, it's easy to browse the subjects and make up your mind on where to go. The Vegas boards I've been to have little to offer and I'm trying to dig deeper to find some GOOD Vegas boards.
