Cherry ???

Being in the nightclub business, I've heard a lot of great things about a club called Cherry. All Funktion 1 Audio, beautiful decor and lights...

Anyone experienced this place? Thoughts?
Planning to check it out Friday night the 23rd.

Incredible decor, great lighting, killer sound... but a bit weak in the crowd department, sometimes closes down early, and a massively inconvenient location.

Decent potential for an early-evening (11p-1a) spot if you've got your own car or have a limo reserved for the whole night.

How long does it take (cab ride) from the Palms?

Depending on the taxi driver.. I always tell them which street to take so I don't get the 30 minute special scenic route.

When I drive the speed limit, =), about 15 minutes.

Well, first you have to BEG a cab driver to take you all the way out there! LOL....seriously, cab drivers hate going off of the Strip, let alone that far out!

Plan on spending at least $30 to $40 on the ride, depending on which route the cabby takes.
