I own 5 Night Clubs and do the Marketing for 8 other clubs. I have been in the Night Club business for 14 years and have a company called Night Club Icon. I am seeking a Super Star Floor Manager/Interviewer/Partner for multiple Vegas Night Clubs. We are looking for a hard worker, willing to go the extra mile, be hands on - and willing to learn from the best in the business. A background in business and the nightlife industry a plus - but not required. You must live in the Vegas area as we are looking for an immediate candidate. We have done business in New York City, Miami, Las Vegas, Cancun, Boston, Scottsdale/Phoenix, Orlando, DC, Baltimore, Tampa, Ft Lauderdale, Montreal, West Palm Beach, Charlotte and beyond. As our business is expanding we are seeking talented, motivated Rock Stars to help us get to the next level. My goal is to have 100 Night Clubs by January 1, 2010 in over 25 cities. We have the finance, resources, name, knowledge and experience to do so & I am confident we will get to that level.

You will be responsible for interviewing up to 50 people per day. As an Interviewer You will be interviewing for Bartenders, Shot girls, DJ's Promoters, Cocktail Servers, Beer Tub Girls, Bar Backs, Security and other positions. You must have amazing instincts and not get frustrated, bored or overwhelmed with interviewing 50 applicants a day (only spending 2-5 minutes with each applicant.) You will have to make a decision right on the spot hire or no hire. You must be able to read people, have a great personality and able to adapt to all situations. You must dress very professional and be extremely organized! Your job would be to staff the entire Night Club as well as host about 2 Staff meetings with 50-100 people at each meeting.

As a Floor Manager you will be operating the Night Club, Organize street teams for the night, Motivating staff, Organize bottle Hosts, Pay all employees at the end of the night, Supply drink tickets to promoters and hosts,
Organize guest list girl and cashier in the beginning and end of night, Make sure DJ is playing the right music, Get cash bank for door and make sure cashier, Coordinate with Club managers and Owners of venue, Coordinate with Director of Marketing, Keep in touch by text every 30 minutes with Owner of Night Club Icon, fill out paper work, problem solve for employees and patrons and more.

I am looking for the following out of my Floor Manager/Interviewer:

- Be available from 8 PM on every night of the week as well as Monday - Friday from 1 PM to 8 PM for Interview dates
- Have a reliable Car
- Have a reliable cell phone with text messaging
- Have a Lap top with high speed Internet
- Have sports jackets, style and know how to dress
- Able to multi task and handle difficult situations with pressure, while keeping a positive attitude
- Night Club/ Bar/ Hotel experience a plus
- Candidate will have a My Space, Face Book & Twitter account
- Must have leadership experience and the ability to hire others
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must have excellent phone skills and a pleasant attitude
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be very organized with the ability to multi-task
- Follow Directions
- Hold Staff Meetings, Pump up 100 people (At one of our Night Clubs)
- Problem Solver
