take it easy. make sure to take at least three breaks every day - even if just for a moment - to stop what you're doing and just take a deep breath. it does wonders to clear the head, is a lovely little way to put things in perspective and helps to - if not to figure out the rest of your day, figure out that the rest of your day might not need so much figuring out

are you kidding me ---------> I'm a lazy bum. I practically lay around resting, and on rare occassions I actually get up and do something. I live like a cat. *Although, after you've had surgery and stuff, your words ring even more true. Rest up, and no clubbing for you! |

yeah, some people are high strung, or in some cases when shit is hiiting the fan you just need to pause a bit before resuming what your doing, if not you definitly risk committing more mistakes and hurting yourself and maybe others in the process.
