| Hi, newbie here w/ a question about LaLate.com
Hi, I was wondering if anyone is a member of the thing they have going on at their website (LaLate.com). I'm a bit confused about what you actually get for your money ... is it just an information service? As a paid member, you get e-mails telling you how to RSVP for certain events (and does this mean you get on the guestlist and either get in free or discounted?). Is this basically something you could do yourself with research and sweat (finding all the contact info you need to RSVP)? I would appreciate any info or experiences any one has. Thanks bunches. (Also, I'm so glad I found this forum, I'm pretty new to the club scene (just turned 21!) and this looks like it's going to be so helpful!)

Thanks for the info, I hope he responds then, but I would also like input from those not directly involved with LaLate (no offense at all to member LaLate I like all kinds of music, but not too into the trance/techno scene. I love to dance, and I can't really dance to that. I'm a big fan of funky music, old school, cheesy pop, pretty much anything. If they play a Michael Jackson song, I'm happy. I'll dance to anything from Madonna to Nelly. Pretty much anything besides trance/techno and you'll find a smile on my face and me on the dance floor. Clubs I've been to: White Lotus The Palace The Key Club The Sunset Room Deep Florentine Gardens The Ruby Goldfingers The Roxy Viper Room Whisky Blue The Standard (on Sunset) I'm sure there's more, but I can't remember them. And I'm hoping with this forum, I won't have to deal w/ trial & error (like Florentine Gardens, man, that place sucked SO SO bad!) Last edited by sugarspheres; 08-25-03 at 02:48 PM. |

Hey guys (you know who you are), Come on let's all be cool here. Putting other people down or other promoters is not cool and not the way to go about advertising your own website or company. Its one thing to advertise your website and tell people to check you out, but to try and put someone down in the same process just not the way business should be done. It superceeds the reason we are all here. FOR THE CUSTOMERS. To ensure they have a good time. So lets end any petty post wars and have some drinks. Z*Star |
