Went to a very cool (small) afterhours on Friday, instead of LQD. BFLY. It is on La Cienega between Venice and Washington. Can't for the life of me remember the name of the place but I would recommend it, if you're not into the big blown out afterhours scene and want to go chill w/ some very cool people, dance and listen to great tunes. My friends went to Butterfly at about 5:30, but I was done! Thursday and Friday combined had kicked my A$$. I still like Blue for it's sheer energy. |

I went to a small, intimate afterhours on Friday as well...How sweet it is...it was perfect...Joey Santa Cruz played some sweet house music until the wee hours...small venue, not too packed...this used to be a weekly and they're trying to bring it back.
