Ok, did that get everyone's attention? Last night I went to a semi-new bar that opened up recently called "Fuel". Has anyone heard of it? It's small and cozy and on Wednesday's they play some funky, smooth, downtempo house.

I recognized the owner but couldn't place him right away, but we figured out that we met at last years WMC at the Hula Groove Party and at the Kent.

As soon as the permits go through, he's knocking out the back wall and expanding out and up, it will be a two story lounge. He said he wanted it to be like a 50's style Havana lounge, but with a 2001 flavor. Anyway, blah blah blah...this is a perfect meet up spot. It's on Willcox just south of Hollywood Blvd. I think the address was 1635 N. Willcox.

Who can meet there next Wednesday night?

I'm down. The owner was at my house Saturday and I told him I was going to fill his bar this week, so let's do it.

As long as he doesn't try and push that melon saki on me again. I love saki, but this wasn't too tastey.
