Let me just tell u first offf that when marcos posts stuff on this board u guys should definitly listen the man knows what hes talkin about. MAZI was house at its best. this is the kind of house that would convert me from trance to a a househead


Before I list who i can remember who was there I have a special shoutout to 4 people in particular.

Marcos- Though ive only met u twice now, you have to be the most down to earth and nicest guy I know on CP. YOu always treat me with respect, and show me a good time when i go out to your events. I went in on fri with my pen thinkin I will get my autograph my self but after this gentleman came back from dinner with MAZI he had a poster signed and personalized to Bling from the man. Thank you so much for the poster, especially since u told me after that Mazi never gives autographs, which makes this autograph that much more valuable.


Carla- Ever since i met you a year and a half ago at ARmin I knew you were a great person. Every time i see u and marcos together I definitly can tell you two are meant to be with each other. YOur both incredible people with good hearts. Thanks for your great advice on women on friday nite it meant a lot. and I will be taking your advice.

I also want to congratulate you on your dream job that ur starting on Monday. Good things come to those who work hard. and i know that you have worked hard to arrive at this point.

Both you and marcos are great friends, and its a Privilege (no pun intended) to know you both)


Funketeer (alfredo) You have such a great attitude on life and talkin to you definitly made me feel more optimistic. Your view on CP that we are all a tight knit family and we would do anything for each other if someone is down and out or for any reason, is exactly how I feel about the board as well. Your attitude on the board to make people laugh at your threads is a testament to you personality Hope to see u soon


One of the owners of Privilege- I was floored when one of the owners of privilege recognized me and thanked me for talkin about pm sessions and having eveyrone come out to support marcos. I have never had a club owner come up to me before. THe man showed a lot of class and i must say his little club there on 6th street is a great venue. IT may be small but it just has something . IT has personality. Thanks a lot again sir . and i will def be back to privilege soon


Review of venue

My first time at privilege and i loved it. I liked the small venu. the wooden dance floor and it had a great lighting system. Plus the lights guy is the old lights guy at space who always does a great job THe drinks at the club are outstanding not the watered down stuff u get at other places. I had two vodka tonics and i couldnt even finish the second because i was getting dizzy and had to drive. Now those were good drinks

I never went to the patio but i did walk around the back area. the vip area was cozy and the back bar was well placed if u just want to drink and get away from the dance floor.


Review of Mazi


WHAT???????????? I died to house. it was a shame i left early but he was banging some hard house. what a dj. anytime hes back in town im there. Incredible set very hard just like i like it . I esp loved the track that was a bit jazzy with trumpets and turned into a hard house track I cant name any tracks cuz im horrible at that with house but it was amazing amazing amazing.



Review of Oscar Fonseca

good set to start the nite out right. I especially loved the tribal at the end. I do think your a bit hard on yourself though when u told me that u didnt like how u played that nite. I guesss all great djs are like that. I for one was digging it. good seeing u and thanks for letting me up in the booth with you .

Too bad u didn't make it upstairs, Chris & Mono rocked it properly too, and the patio is a diamond ready to be polished. Keep an eye on that spot.

This was a true WMC warm-up. Three rooms with different music going, not many venues can offer it. Most importantly, a great vibe all over. Haven't received that many thank you phone calls ever like I did yesterday.

Special thanx go to Treepwood for recording the set. It should be aired on Tuesday March 9th on our Proton Radio show. Hope you guys tune in, it was another flawless set by Mazi. Or if you are heading down to our party with Sexonwax, we will have the set for d/l in the near future too.

Enjoyed the 1/2 hour of Oscar's set!!!

yeah great set from Mazi, even though he seemed to be having a little bit of an off night, he still played really nice, that's not to say he sucked, but rather that he was damn good, but watch out for him again becuase I'm sure next time he'll be even better

You see bling...the house conversion is almost complete.....if you want a full conversion...just ask me for my schedule for conference and you will get what you heard at Mazi and so much more (momma didn't raise no fool...Chicago House DJs own).....I don't lie!

I hated to miss this event...but the pain in my back has to heal. I knew Mazi would blow it up again, I've probably seen him at least 20 or so times and never once heard a bad set. Cant wait for the set to be posted!

Great music!! Excellent sets by both jocks... Privilege was pretty busy.. Hadnt been there since a while back for acquaviva, and i must say there was a lot more ppl. Great staff, great ambience.. Watch out for conference, cause privlilege is packing some heat!!
Nice seeing all who were there, you know who u are.... thanks to marco for stretching the line for my friend there.. i appreciate it bro ill tell him to 4get it next time! lol also, thanks to oscar and the crew for the afterhrs hospitality.

Now, I'm all about the conference this weekend!!!
