What up buddy!!!!!! It was great to ball it up with a fellow CPer. We definately need to get up again. Remember every Tuesday and Thursday we play. So if you plan on coming out please give me a call, you are welcome anytime. It was a bit rough when we played 3 on 3 but when 4 on 4 began we started to have a lot more fun. We also played a lot better. You got a nice shot off the glass, Tim Duncanesk!!!!!! Anyway, like I said, we need to trade some quality house. I am sure we could educate one another.

We will have to catch some Basketball games next year. We'll get a CP crew to head out and support the HEAT!!!!!!!!

Definitely hook me up with what we were talking about as far as lifting routines....it looks like it is really paying off for you...since the BBQ at Flips I can tell you have lost weight and defined out. Soon my friend soon we will have to get together and spin sometime or at an event...will have to set something up! I know some of these cpers like to ball too...so I want to hear it if anyone wants to shhot some hoops....I know JT, but who else. Hopefully I'll make it out next week...dont see why not.

Robert, ya it was a blast! I was feeling it there at one point. I felt like I couldn't miss. Who cares about the rust? If you really think about it for not having played for 6 years you still made some nice moves/shots. If you come out there and run with us the rust will shake off in no time. After about 2-3 weeks of running full court with my boys, I was able to get in shape and work on my game alot. Yesterday not too many people showed up so we played one game after another, but sometimes we run full and that is when it is fun and you really get in shape. I love to run the point and push the ball up court and fast....pick up basketball at it's best.


Thanks for the kind words, I have been busting my ass since before that BBQ and it is paying off nicely. I will hit you up with a PM with all the necessary info.

I don't see why more people can't play....It would help out for days like yesterday.
