"Ecstacy... Special k" are the Vocals (SONG ID!)

The vocals are.... "ecstacy... special k..." its a hard bass after that.... and after each drug (lol) there is a pause... then it says the next drug.. i think it says marijuana too but not sure... anyone have absolutely any idea about what song im talking about?? please respond to this... thanx a lot!!
