Headphone recommendations

I need a recommendation for a good pair of head phones. I dont need DJ head phones or anything. Just something I can use with my portable mp3 player.

Requirments:

-Very light weight
-Comfortable
-Long cord
-Good sound quality
-NO over the head bar

Id like to spend less than $35 if possible.
