I saw George Acosta last year at Level. It was a great time. The countdown was awesome the crowd was huge! The music was bumpin. I looked at level's site and it says STARDUST for this year. I am assuming this is "the music sounds better with you" Stardust. I would call the number just to make sure.

I really liked going to Nikki's beach club too. We went the night before new year's eve. It is $125 to go this year and it includes dinner. This is a totally awesome spot. The description doesn't give much as to who is dj'ing though. The place is great though. It has an indoors where the dj is and a dance floor but no back wall and it opens out onto the sandy beach, night sky, candle lit pathways with lounge chairs, beds and TP's. The perfect chill out area. Beautiful people are everywhere! I only wish my boyfriend and I had some other people to share it with!

We are coming down again this New Years. I am looking for a good time on New Year's so if anyone hears anything let me know. I love trance and house music and room to dance!

i hear it's a happening spot for NYE03 - can someone compare it to any of the Chicago scenes. Would hate to end up at a so-so spot on such a hot night...with an even HOTTER date!

We really aren't getting anywhere with this thread are we? I have been hoping someone would tell us out of towners where the hot spot is. I enjoyed Level last year but would like to go somewhere new. Does anyone have any input on Crobar or Maze? Crobar hasn't updated there site in 2 months. What is with them? Also Nikki's beach club is the bomb but they don't say who is spinning on New Year's. I don't want to pay $125 a head and listen to bad music. (I like trance and house) So if anyone is out there that is from South Beach or the surrounding area, give us some feedback please! ( :

I'm headed to Crobar for New Years Eve. A bunch of friends and I are getting a VIP table there. Glogirl, if you want to meet up there, I'm sure it will be an UNBELIEVABLE PARTY. 2 of the friends we're hooking up with are from Detroit as well! Crobar has incredible house/techno/trance music.
Maze is still relatively new. They just opened up on the 29th of November. It still is too early to tell if it will be a hot spot or not. I decide on Crobar because my husband and I frequent the clubs on South Beach often and to us, its one of the hottest! If you decide against Crobar...Level & Space will be a blast as well.

allison94 New to the Board Join Date: Nov 2002 Posts: 9	crobar I'm headed to Crobar for New Years Eve. A bunch of friends and I are getting a VIP table there. Glogirl, if you want to meet up there, I'm sure it will be an UNBELIEVABLE PARTY. 2 of the friends we're hooking up with are from Detroit as well! Crobar has incredible house/techno/trance music. Maze is still relatively new. They just opened up on the 29th of November. It still is too early to tell if it will be a hot spot or not. I decide on Crobar because my husband and I frequent the clubs on South Beach often and to us, its one of the hottest! If you decide against Crobar...Level & Space will be a blast as well.
