New Year's Eve 2007 has arrived this year at the sexiest boutique hotel in Miami, The Raleigh. Situated majestically in the heart of Miami’s South Beach, The Raleigh is a masterpiece of Art Deco grandeur with a thoroughly modern sensibility.
