new years eve *** bar, not club ***

this is so ghetto,
i'm looking for a cool bar to spend new years eve......
none of this webster hall or exit stuff.... did that when i was 16.
frankly, i don't care what DJ is spinning what music as long as its not country i'm happy.

laid back bar but classy, does it exist?

we don't want a *club* cause we're not skilled at glowsticks and house.
and we don't want a *lounge* cause well, we're not marykate olsen or paris hilton.

somewhere in between......

suggestions?

i just wanna drink some jack, get drunk and blackout. i don't care about the "i was at _______ on new years eve" factor.

Glowsticks went out about 5 years ago. No one uses them anymore.

Try some bars on the Upper East Side...Big Easy, Waterloo and Mo's Caribbean will probably have some good NYE specials
