Only been there once. What is it like to live down there? How is it during the off season months?

I havent been down that way in a long time, but from what I remember its very quiet and peacefull...Even in the summer...Its not a crazy area at all, except if you go to wildwood...At least thats what I remember.Originally posted by bustaknut2001

So it's nothing like the Jersey Shore....like Seaside Heights?
there is absolutely nothing to do in cape may.. its mostly senior citizens and familes... wildwood is all kids.. there are some crappy clubs. Avalon and Stone Harbor are cool... more of a 20-something preppy crowd from Pennsylvania mostly, but the Princeton, PJ Ryan's, and Jack's Place are pretty hot spots...
Nothing even remotely close to seaside....The NILE if it is still there was a goodtime. (its in wildwood)Originally posted by bustaknut2001

the atmosphere in wildwood is alot like seaside... its actually alot nicer... i think the nile is still there, i hear it advertised on 106.3, which is a "ktu-type" station down there... if ur in atlantic city try the Casbah at the Taj Mahal, Club Tru, or Deja Vu.. they usually have some decent djs, richie santana was at Tru a couple times last year
I was there once when I was 16 ~ very quiet. No boardwalk really ~ alot of families. No action if that is what you are looking for ~ it's a beach your parents would go to or if you are looking for relaxation.Originally posted by bustaknut2001

~ Time waits for no one. Treasure every moment you have. You will treasure it even more when you can share it with someone special~
TRU/STUDIO can be a ridiculous evening...Im not a fan of Deja Vu...Casbah is cool to start the nite..Originally posted by dfresh
