For those of you who revel in the pulsating sound you can only find in a state-of-the-art nightclub, we have exciting news from the Madness of Monte Carlo party! NYLA upgraded its sound system this week, with a new amplifier, soundboard & compressor.
This Friday, we'll definitely need it, as this week marks the return of DJ Sheldon Romero to his residency here. Those 1,050 of you who came to our 3-floor Thanksgiving Eve Extravaganza at Float on Wednesday and heard Sheldon at the top of his game on the main floor, know exactly what we're talking about. Sheldon joins DJ Paris (of Sound Factory fame) who opens spinning retro, new wave & house classics. We also have Kid Kaos, our sensational hip-hop resident.
We also have Renee Stakey making her first NYLA appearance to perform "Rainy Day," her hit remixed by DJ Boris.
Those who haven't seen NYLA before - with its 2 floors, a huge catwalk for performances, live fireplace, ultra-modern decor, big-screen projection TV, aeroteq sound system and a fabulous staff - will quickly realize its an A+ venue. This party also features the gorgeous Monte Carlo Dancers, live percussion (full set) by David piped through the sound system, and a full open bar from 10-11.
All partiers on the Clubplanet guestlist enjoy an admission of $15 before 1am, $20 from 1am-3am. Regular admission is $25. Doors will open promptly at 10pm. Hope to see you there!
