This Friday (1/17), for those who missed the fab grand opening of the
Essence of Rio party last Friday, the pictures at the link below give you
a glimpse of what you missed. In short: over 900 people filled the 3
floors of Float and Jonah rocked the house with his performance of the
omnipresent hit song "Shhhhhh Be Quiet." This party is unique from others
in Manhattan in that it offers 3 different types of music on each level
from top-notch DJs (house main floor, hip-hop 2nd, classics 3rd), but is
still a "scene" party where you'll find the best looking crowd anywhere!
This week, the sensational Renee Stakey of Robbins Entertainment celebrates
her birthday with a special live performance, sure to be included with her

This Saturday (1/18), the Spirit of Ibiza at its new home. Last Saturday,
the first night that the legendary Spirit of Ibiza party moved to
Discotheque, was one of the best sound experiences you'd find anywhere!
In short: DJs Boris, Paul Perri & KTU's Lil' Cee blew up the main floor
with sexy beats over Discotheque's new sound system, while accompanied by
the live percussion provided by David. In the Red Room, Kid Kaos and Snake
played hip-hop and old school classics that had people on their feet from
the minute we opened the doors (they'll both be back this Saturday). This
format allows people a choice of music & rooms, unlike our previous venue.
This week is the our Vegas/South Beach New Year's Eve Reunion party with
special guest DJ Anthony Mundy joining Boris on the main floor to light up
the dance floor, along with the insatiable Ibiza dancers. Please note that
