Holiday / Christmas Bonuses??

DOes anyones company NOT give them one??? Or is it pretty much every company does?

I'm still not sure..... I've been here ~6 months and the company's only been in business for ~1.5yrs, so I dunno what the policy is. Not counting on it, but extra cash is always nice..........

Its VERY discretionary...Some companies do, some don't...As far as the finance field, I believe a lot of those guys got theirs last week (or at least know how much).

We don't get a Christmas bonus. We get our bonuses at the end of the January. Go figure...sucks to be me...

Most bonuses are considered annual, not holiday. They just happen to fall around the holidays because of the new year . Anyway, I'm supposed to get something but have no idea yet how much. Either way, something is better than nothing and I'm using it towards my month long party at Twilo for all these kickass DJs poppin into town!!!

Yeah, I know, I don't have it all that bad, but they may be sending me back to San Francisco soon cause the Sr. Management can't seem to get their act together....
That will mean looking for a new apartment. I hate when that happens....

Yeah, I wish I got a Christmas Bonus. We even had to shell out $30 to pay for our own Christmas party!!!
