Another DJ Contest!

Once again we are proud to announce the opportunity for any of you who
think you've got what it takes to enter our DJ contest. Although some of
the details are still in the works, this is what we can tell you so far:

- the contest will take place in NYC on the last Friday of February and
will act as the closing party for the Silicon Alley Festival
- 8 DJs will be selected to compete
- prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners
- there will be 5 judges, ranging from professional DJs and club
celebrities
- entrants are asked to submit a tape or CD, with a maximum length of 45
minutes
- the type of music can be anything ranging from house to trance,
anything with a 4/4
- entries can be submitted until Friday, February 11th at 5pm

ClubPlanet Promo Night

Starting off our tour around the tri-state area will be our launch this
Friday at the Leopard Lounge in Jersey. This coincides with the premier
of the new party 'Out of Control' with DJ/Producer Tony Tee spinning
progressive tracks and club anthems.

ClubPlanet will be there to sign up new members and to give out
promotional items such as CDs, t-shirts, etc. So be sure to stop by!
Ladies over 21 are Free until 12, Ladies over 18 are reduced. Doors open
at 10pm and the party goes until 3am.

why. Each week Alejando and Thomas present various DJs spinning the best
of 'Great British House' (hence the name) and Garage. Expect a crowd that

keep up with the regulars, there's hiphop and R&B in the lounge downstairs
