Ivano Bellini was a spectacular presence at this year’s Winter Music Conference and played alongside the world’s best at the Ultra Festival sharing center stage with Danny Tenaglia for the conference closing party. He stops in New York during a busy season where he’s appearing in clubs from Ibiza, to St Tropez to Panama City. DJ Exacta is on the cusp of becoming the next big thing with 3 upcoming Subliminal records for international release over the next year. His diverse sound is commercial underground, mashing up radio hits with unique and driving beats. In the Reed Room, Crobar presents Johnny and Chi Chi’s “club within a club” where fun themes such as clown fetish, Star Wars fetish, Bettie Page fetish and Warhol Factory fetish are turned into crazy events. Famous for the decade long Jackie 60 parties, Johnny Dynell transcends musical genres spinning house, hip-hop and party music that attracts the art and fashion crowds. In the Prop Room, JP never lets us down with his high energy, seamless fusion of rock, pop, hip-hop and house hits and classics. Later, DJ Vanjee drops in for a late-night house set.
