Its that time again when we all dress up and ring in the 5,4,3,2,1 into the New Year.

8:45 COCKTAIL HOUR
Butter style hot and cold Hors D'oeuvres, professional chef carving stations, turkey, pig, marinated tenderloins, Mexican Fajita, and of course our past stations, fruits, cheese, calamari, paella and more!

10:30 FIVE STAR DINNER
Salad, Chateaubriand ( Mignon ) with a caramelized shallot & Merlot sauce, grilled filet of salmon with mustard dill cream sauce.

12:00 MIDNIGHT
Complimentary Champagne toast & Happy New Year to everyone !!!!!!!

12:30 DESSERT
Assorted Italian & French pastries, chocolate dipped fruit, coffee, espresso, & cappuccino

Group specials are available at $150 per person that includes all of the above. Rooms that are available are the double occupancy rooms that are $120. So have 4 people in a room and that will cost you $30 per person and the total for the evening will be $180

The Hilton Penthouse on the 12th floor over looking the the NEW YORK SKYLINE. Thats right people bay windows on both ends of the room. What we have offered here is another OPTION, a different scene and location to party like no other. Rather than going clubbing in an over packed room, or going to the same boring house party here is another event to take into CONSIDERATION.

1. 5 star wedding style dinner for those who love to eat an exceptional meal..menu and flyer is posted on the front page of the website of ******** or simply review VICTOR SOTO'S POST what up ..

2. OPEN BAR ALL NIGHT.. thats right people u are talking about not the ordinary 2-3 hour open bar that is typically offered in clubs in jersey or how about the city for which they hold up the line till 30 mins left of the open bar..also what we mean by open bar is all kinds of liquors and shots and beers you can handle.. PREPARE FOR UR LIVERS WORST NIGHTMARE.

3. Plasma screen TVS as well as a projector screen playing dance videos of the song being played and yes we have MY MY MY..gooo heeeaaddd...we will also have a live broadcast of the ball drop

4. Complimentary Champagne toast for all

5. A dj supplying of all todays and yesterdays hits (club music, hip hop for the ladies that love to get down, and 80's music just like you hear at DEKO, JOEYS, XS) light show as well

6. A 50/50 raffle that may win you $$$$ This also in the mix (POSSIBLY)CASINO TABLES w/ real dealers on tables of BLACK JACK and roulette..and maybe a TEXAS Hold them table...

The party then continues in your hotel room at the HILTON and remember please DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE Book a room for [I]ONLY $120 which is $30 bucks a head with four people.. This is an exclusive price for our party only (standard rooms run for 220 on a reg. night we have a deal for U).. suites are $220 a room which include one king size bed w/ 2 large couches, a table, etc... you can fit more people in this room to sleep in prob up to 7-8 heads. so the cost is the same.
