Nikki Beach Food Menu

-Nikki Salad-

a bed of baby greens, orange, pears, candied walnuts and stilton cheese tossed in a Key lime vinaigrette

-Tuna Nicoise-

seared Ahi tuna over garlic potatoes, marinated olives, baby green beans and tear drop tomatoes tossed in a basil oil then drizzled with a 20 year old balsamic reduction

-Roasted Garlic Hummus-

Served with a marinated Mediterranean vegetable salad and pita chips

-Nikki Satay-

Chicken marinated in coconut milk with Asian vegetables served in a spicy peanut sauce over bamboo steamed rice

-Ancho crusted beef tenderloin sandwich-

Topped with caramelized onions, crisp mushrooms and cheddar cheese ... with a side of fries

-I/O Spicy tuna roll-

Ahi tuna, cucumber and avocado... served with a spicy Japanese aioli

-California Roll (Nikki Style)-

Marinated crab meat with a cucumber-ginger-seaweed salad ... served inside/out with ponzu and scallion

-Jumbo lump crab cake-

Served with avocado, crisp plantain chips and a mango-cucumber salad


as the summer moves on more recipes will be added to the menu along with weekly specials.

not being an idiot but thats what it says. its a small menu for now because of the small trailers we have to work in. as the summer goes on we will add more items to it like specials and shit like that. if there are any fav. recipes you would like to see on the menu then make some suggestions and ill run them by the executive chef.
