do you ever get tired/bored of going to the same few places over and over every single week? I'm sure you're going to say something along the lines of the music always being on point and the crowd as well on those days but don't you ever switch it up completely or maybe not even go out one week and do something not relating to the industry?

lets see i work 2 jobs have a g/f and do go to a lot of parties and do alot of other things not related to parties. If i post about a party sometimes it doesnt mean im goin there i just wanna let people know wus goin on. As for the same clubs each time well as long as theirs a dj i like it dont matter cause the beats will be lovely.

What doy uo wanna know bout my personal life? Since this is a CLUB messageboard i only talk bout my "house/dance" side of life, which is a big part of it of course. I dont talk bout other things other than what i do on here for that very reason, cause i dont find it appropriate.

In my personal experience, the people that are going out all the time, yet they still have a girlfriend/boyfriend/trannie and a job among many other activities are drug dealers and escorts, or worse, drug dealers escorts. Working at the clubs every night. While coming back home to an ugly asian or rican girlfriend who'll have his protein shake and bed ready to crash all day. Tehn get online all day and talk how great the vibe was. Also, it's a strong indication that a person who is happy all the time, loves the scene all the time and loves all the crowds everywhere is dropping major E's or other parties enhencers.

Does this fit anyone here? LOL

but you have shown yourself to be someone pretty ignorant and opinionated...
oh yeah, and one might add a little bit racist.

you should contain your personal and public opinions to things that you know. from what it seems that's probably a pretty short list.

As for the thought that everyone has some drug driven reason for being anywhere; maybe this has been part of "the scene" as some people know. than there is the people within this industry who care about what they do - who are NOT on drugs - who are NOT there for all of the adolescent reasons that many are. Maybe it should have been stated that the opinions are narrow minded. Unfortunately peoples perception of "the scene" is often limited to drugs and carlessness. That may be a polpular perception but it is not ALWAYS the case. There is a lot more substance out there beyond people's perceptionn of the Sound Factory drug-addict mentality.

i would like to be Gabe when i'm younger...
in fact i was Gabe...went out 7 days a week for about two years... and "danced my ass off"...i was going to school, had a job and a girlfriend.. she liked going out to so that worked out...
It is very possible without drugs.. contrary to popular beleif.. the people that can hang out all the time are the enegetic drug free people.. for the simple fact that they recover faster than- let's say- a person who's been rolling and dehydrated. and he can function and do thing the next day cuz he's brains cells are still intact...So I say.. Gabe Do your thing.. cuz I can't do it like you anymore.
