New...musik?

I'm definitely new to the scene, but I'm wondering where you guys pick up all your music (on-line, stores, what?)? I'm looking for more stuff like JP (like his hard, live stuff from SF), JV, AVH, PVD, Sal Parm and of course anything else the board suggests. Virgin in times square has a pretty vast collection, mp3s from napster are ok but usually a little older and real audio's nice for a quick listen but you can't keep it on your hard drive, any other recommendations?

Hey Shannah. Be SURE to check out Satellite records (www.satelliterecords.com), they are down on Bowery I think. Also a superb record shop with a few CDs too is Eightball, which is I think on 10th or 11th st, between 3rd and 4th. Happy shoppin,

Amazon has a nice inventory. Virgin Mstore at Union square has an excellent collection.
HMV has a nice collection as well.
