I went to GML to hear chuck aquisto play. It is a lovely lounge that needs some work on the sound. The subs are on an elevated platform thatkils the bass on the dance floor andshakes the shit out of the couches on the platform. Sets are only 45 min.

The crew from Globalbeats.com tried to have a weekly open table party at Shampoo in the city and it failed big time. That was just a few weeks ago, what's going to make yours any different.

They have one of the largest House/ Drum bass etc.. vinyl record sites out there.

the open tables nite at gml has been around for at least a year or so. The turnout is very low, but gml is one of hte only places in hoboken that actually cares about music instad of selling drinks
