Scam or what????

Does anyone else get e-mails from people saying "Make up to $1200 a week rite from your home, guaranteed". I always get those!! Its calld Carnegie Financial Internet and its got something to do with mortgages. They say all u have to do is send in like 29.99 and they send you the stuff, and you do it at home from your computer. But they said that not everyone makes $1200, it varies depending on the person.
So anyone know if this is for real or not??
