Dance yourself silly to the latest bands and remixers to hit the subculture dance scene like Fischerspooner, The Faint, Daft Punk, The Killers, Ladytron, Tommie Sunshine, Mylo, and Peaches. PLUS your old favs like New Order, Depeche mode, Nitzer Ebb, The Cure and more all thrown together by djs Deadboy, Jon Gill and Wally C.

THIS MONTH: PLEASE WELCOME OUR VERY SPECIAL GUEST:
Ian Fford (Downtime, NYC)
DJ Ian Fford returns to Philadelphia after more than a few years for a special set at this month's FREAK. Ian first graced Philly dancefloors years ago as a resident at Patrick Roger's famed Goth/Industrial night entitled Nocturne. At that time the party was held at the legendary night spot known to many as The Bank and later District. (Today where Philadelphia's Transit Night Club now stands)

Ian occupied the 'Skybox Room' at District and always provided the dancers in his midst with plenty of classic new wave and 80's along with whatever new gems he could throw in. Needless to say his reputation for moving dancefloors made him one of the most respected and loved NYC transplants to hit Philadelphia and we all look forward to his appearance at this month's party.

As most of you know by now, FREAK. is mostly a 'new music' venue and Ian has told us how much he's looking forward to sharing some of his latest favs from todays top underground producers. A night not to be missed. When in NYC, catch Ian at Downtime's downstairs party entitled Batcave. Ian occupies the mainfloor of this event till 4:30am. For more info visit: www.ianfford.com

Now we know these dates (FREAK. AT FLUID and LOW LIFE AT TRANSIT) are back to back, so we're determined to make your last weekend of
Summer '05 a great one with this money saving offer: Visit us at FREAK on the 26th and pick up free passes for LOW LIFE!
Two parties for the measly price of one. This is the only way to get into Low Life free without sleeping with someone who's working the event (which could be fun but....)
