What are some of the parties happening this weekend? I think Im going to Tavern on friday and Neptunes Sat afternoon. Does anybody know what is going to be good Sat and Sun night? Any info would help. Thanks Also, how are some of these new places like Resort Lounge and Cabana?

I completely agree. Times have changed. We need a new vibe/attraction for nyc, just as Spirit is providing. Lets face it, megaclubs like Twilo, Tunnel, old Factory is a thing of the past. NYC cannot afford to have a clubs like those and all the negative things that come with it. Hence why most are closed. Start adapting or leave

Sahara is very very tiny. I was there last nite on a reg nite, and i couldnt move. I didnt like the crowd too much either. I cant even imagine what it is going to be like on Thanksgiving Eve. For the price of the tics and the size of the place, just go somewhere else

I had a b-day party back in May on a Sat. I had a great time. Very trendy crowd, dress right, no sneakers or jeans. Guys have a table ready by calling ahead, and bring chicks. Music is all hip hop, and there is no dance floor. Lots of good looking people drinking $10+ drinks. And also come a little early to avoid the mad house at the door which happens after 12

I used to work at Elements when it was opened. SI is just not the rigt place for a nightclub. Suave will be closed in 6 mo due to drugs or massive fights. Just like every other SI club

Fabric did indeed have an awsome vibe. And yes there wasnt a sober face in that packed crowd, so people were really friendly. The pretenciousness (sp) came from other places, not Fabric. Great time though

So i just got back from London.....here are some of my reviews: Soho, Picadilly Circus, Covent Gardens were all really fun towns. It took a little bit of guess work and asking to find out what places were good. I mostly went to those areas on thurs and fri. Gardening Club was pretty good, as well as some other places in that area. Fabric on Sat nite was awesome. Great Music, felt like i was back in NYC a few years ago. For those that are wondering, there is no dress code. I was already really dressed up from going out before Fabric, but everyone was casual. Girls I have mixed reviews. A few really stood out and were amazing. But the vast majority were average at best. Little or no makeup, very casual, and most had some chuck to them. I guess drinking pints from 10am will do that. Attitudes were another thing. While most were very friendly I did encounter some pretencious attitudes toward Americans. Overall, I had a really fun 3 days. I did the whole tourist/culture thing as well as the nitelife thing. Will def think about heading back. Cheers!

Ill be staying at the Kessington Moat. Anybody know anything about it? How is the nitelife in the surrounding area? What else is there to do during the day?
