i had lasik done in may and highly reccommend it. i have 20/20 and no glare or halos. i went to dr. ken moadel in the city. he did bernie williams eyes. you can go for a free consult and he will tell you if you are a candidate. they also have monthly payment plans and my insurance covered 25%. don't think about it, just go for it and you will not regret it.

try the hudson hotel. they advertise rooms for $99. they might say all those rooms are sold out. the rooms are very small, but the hotel is really cool with an awesome bar. it is worth staying there. check it out. 58th and 9th, by columbus circle.

the same shit happened to me last summer. i bought blue superman pills that had an s and they were fake. i was so pissed. couldn't find the guy. you should have kicked his ass even after he gave you the money back.

portengenstraat 10 was my address in amsterdam, where i lived and studied for 2 years. it was where all the partying and fun began and evreybody would come by and hang at portengen10.

i've been to pipa and chicama and they are both very cool restaurants with great food. must try the ceviche at chicama and pipa is a great place to try many tasty appetizers, or tapas. the white sangria is also great. went to tao this week. also very cool place with great food.

i am totally bummed i also missed it. i saw fatboy at hammerstein 2 years ago and thought he was great. from what i am reading, he was the same way at hammerstein. he was constantly smiling and having a good time when he spins. i think it is great watching somebody having such a good time while spinning. i have read an interview that he said he is always rolling or fucked up when he spins. i know a lot of people think he is a sell out and too commercial, but i still think he is one of the best djs out there.

i read on astralwerks.com it is an outdoor event. don't know about any tents or anything. pier 54 is on 13th st. and hudson st by the west side hwy.

got really good info about a'dam above. definitely agree about seeing dj jean. i lived in a'dam for 2 years and saw him spin almost every fri at the it. great club and great lights. try to be there a fri nite and go to the it. about coffeshops go to de rokerij. there are 3 of them. they are all cool. go to the one by leidseplein. go to kremlin on sat nite, i think it is better than chemistry at escape. for bars go to three sisters, palladium, de kroon. they are nice classy bars. drink belgium beer. it is the best. most places have palm, a really good red beer. the mushrooms are intense. copolondia are the strongest. see crazy shit with them. mexican are cool, they are more mellow and you laugh more. ask the guys working at the smart shops and they will tell you everything you need to know. pm me if you have any questions. have fun.
