A friend of mine has been talking about a rave this NYE on Randall's island. Anyone know if this party is happening? I haven't been able to find any info on it. Have the name? Info line? If that one's not going on, do you know of any other raves within train distance on NYE? Thanks for the help.

Hehe, good timing on that question. Saturday night we got some pures in capsules from a friend--they lasted more than 9 hours!! No bs! Dropped at 12, got home at 9 and they were still going strong...

I'm surprised you haven't tried them! It's like a vicks mask but much stronger--totally clears your head when you inhale it. You can get them at some gas stations or probably at pharmacies too. Definitely goes well with, uh, rave vitamins.

You New Yorkers are the sh*t. Whenever I need a good laugh, all I have to do is come read a couple of messages over here. I'm with those who agree that there are plenty of females ripping it up on the tables. Anyone who can't recognize that is either deluding themselves or just hasn't seen the right DJs. How's the underground scene up in SF these days? I used to go to parties when up there but haven't been back for about a year now. Just want to see what the vibe is in SF these days.

I heard Paul Oakenfold will be at C2K on the 19th--can't confirm that it's fact but you might want to check into it if you're going to be there then. Definitely go to Giant if you're there on a Sunday night. Rum Jungle is a pretty decent place too, I went there once. I haven't been to Utopia but I've heard a lot of good things about it lately.

Thanks for the info. From what I've been told, this rave is held December 26 every year. I would be staying for New Years and seeing some friends and all that too--I definitely wouldn't go all the way there only for the party. But since I might be in town anyway, I would definitely like to go to what I've heard is a huge party.

Hey, do any of you know about a huge yearly party that is thrown on Randall's Island sometime just after Christmas? I've heard it's an epic event and am thinking about making the trek from L.A. this year. Only thing is I haven't found much info on these past or future parties except for some stories from a friend. Please help...
