Yeah I went up there about a month ago, saw Judge Jules at Sona, thought it was a little ghetto at first but loved it after that, loved walking into the upstairs room for the first time. Everyone is mad cool and girls are the hottest, without the attitude they have down here. The exchange rate was a 1.58 when I went.

I posted the same question about 6 months ago and when I dloaded it I was totally disappointed too!

well for this saturday you have roxy with commercial house, lotsa girlies, big place too, Avalon is similiar but with nyc house and better lights/sound/atmosphere... both 21+ if i were you maybe Pravda on tremont st. not such as big but the Best looking girls, more mature, mid 20's. that would be my pick for you, but maybe Avalon for the real club exp.

Went up to Montreal this weekend not knowing what to really expect and ended up being pretty happy with the whole exp. Definately got my money's worth, $1.58 canadian for every US dollar plus everything is comparable in price to here. I can sorta see why they don't really have a liking to us Bostonians, everyone up there was 18 or 19 and a complete mess and everyone was Boston. Went to a couple gentlemen establishiments, Teasers, Che Paree, I think it was called, def. nice! Ended up deciding to go to Sona Friday night, told our self that we would wait till Sat. but that didn't happen, got there at 4:30 and arrive at this graffiti covered warehouse, get in with no line, pay and go down these skinny ass stairs to the club and get situated, was Ok at first I thought it was only the downstairs until we went upstairs and I was pleasently suprised, very good sound, pretty good lights, very good atmosphere. I suprised that Thomas Shumacher was spining, I'm a fan of him thru JP's tech sets and he was very good. Saturday night we decided to go back to Sona, we asked aroung and people said Stereo was gay and aria was Ok, plus one of my favorite Dj's was at Sona, Judge Jules went there at 3 and stayed till 8, was definatley a good night even though I thought Thomas Shumacher was better will def. give it a thumbs up!!! I will Def. go back but I'm gonna wait till it warms up! way to cold out to be walking around in the early am, the best part of the weekend might have been the warnings on the cigerettes, ha ha ha.... They Hurt Babies!!

Where can I find this cd in the Boston area???

well that's encouraging about Sona, I'm heading up this weekend though. S&D are here in Boston next weekend here(SAT) so i'll see em' here. Thanxs for everyone's input! Mike

Yo it's gonna be fawken freezn' this weekend!!! Oh well still make the best of it, what night is better at Sona?? Fri/Sat??? I heard that there is an attitude problem but your right can't be worse then here...... I also hear that they hate us Bostonians so I should keep my "wicked" accent to myself.
