Get ready for the kings of breakbeat who will come through SF during their 2007 US
tour and to play Mighty for the very first time! The Stanton Warriors (Skint Music,
Fabric, XL, V2) are on fire. Most recently known for their ridiculously successful
bodypopping mash-up of Spank Rock's BUMP with Kerri Chandler's old school electro
"Planet Sonic". Listen here and you'll see why they still hold the throne of breakbeat,
their remixing and refixing skills define the meaning of Jack. For FABRIC 30 the Warriors
set a new mark for nasty electro-breaks resulting in one of the most highly regarded and
popular Fabric CDs thus far. This comes as no surprise from the Warriors since their
multi-award-winning debut "The Stanton Session" knocked everyone's socks off 6 years ago
and still remains the biggest selling breakbeat mix of all time. Realizing from the Fabric
release how popular their remixes were, the duo will play SF to support their new release
on Fatboy Slim's label called simply "Remixes" featuring a sort of "greatest hits" and many
of their finest remixes. Support from Syd Gris (Opel, Opulent Temple) and Murphstr. It's
gonna be packed to the gills, so advance tix strongly suggested.
