I'm sure I've never been clubbing in New York, so maybe I don't know what I'm missing, but I manage to have a lot of fun with a lot of cool people. Quit your fricken' whining.I am throwing a Twister Competition on February 9th, and y'all are invited. However, there will be *NO* whining about how lame it is in comparison to Los Angeles, San Francisco, or NYC parties. I'm not here to compare myself to them. I'm just having fun.If there's nothing to do, make something. Buck up, throw parties, take drugs (although I'm not condoning that, of course, or saying that I do), and have fun. It's not like I've lived in a shell.I hear it's not impossible to throw a party at I-Spy, if you want to import some DJs from New York. I guess there was some super-rave thing there last night with some DJs from Europe. It must be profitable or people wouldn't do it.Go to it.I'd really like to see an Underworld show at the Showbox. Now *there's* a good space.
