Carnival/mardi Gras 2002

Recommended Posts

Hey all. It's been a while since I posted anything anywhere, so Happy New Year too.

"Laissez les bon temps rouler!"

So goes the French saying at this time of year. The season of Carnival is here, and like always New Orleans is in full drink-flash-&-drown party mode (check http://www.mardigras.com). Of course having SuperBowl XXXVI certainly helps a lot, too. Now we all have discovered the joys of this wacko-wild pre-Lenten celebration of boobs, beads & booze.

Here's a thought: let's post all our hometown's events related to Carnival/Mardi Gras. This is what my hometown is doing. Read on...

Salsa lessons are available at 8PM, followed by the Robert Ocasio Latin Jazz Project at 11PM. Contact Touch for more information.
