the exterior looks very well kept, i like the tint... the only thing i didn't care for is that its auto... anda 11yr old auto might not be so strong...
its definitely going to be a BIG fixerupper...
"Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most; that has made it possible for evil to triumph."
~Haile Selassie
No way, with the amount of work that I am planning on putting into my 240SX/Silvia project, I'm not gonna do squat to my daily. All it has to do is get me from point A to point B. Auto is just fine....I hate traffic, and traffic down here SUCKS.

i wasn't talking about auto from a driving standpoint... i was saying that a 11yr old automatic transmission may not be in the best condition... how many miles on it?
11 year old auto... that's dicey. It will be a fixer upper, even as a daily driver. Trust me on this.
besides I KNOW you're not going to granny-drive it around town all the time![]()

auto cars are the best to do so
auto cars are not beatened up on as stick cars
good buy
i don't think shes doing the motor swap on this... just using it to get to work and stuff while she saves up for the one she wants...
Exactly. I'm gonna do the RB26DETT swap into the S14. Its gonna be in the shop for a LOOOOOONG time.Originally posted by joeg

I'm not gonna drive it like an asshole....I only JUST got my license back like 2 weeks ago after a year of being suspended. Its mostly going to get me to and from work, and to the beach of course.
My dad is trying to get me to just get a regular car, with a regular payment....But I'm not sure I want to go that route. I'm very confusded. I started to make a list of things that I want to do to the 240 and its starting to look almost impossible......
The way that I see it, if I don't jump on building this car soon, i'm gonna end up getting tied down, and not having the chance. Keep in mind that I also plan on getting a bike too.![]()
if youre looking for day-to-day transportation and nothing else, get a Tercel or Paseo. those cars never die.
have you also considered an early 90's nissan sentra se-r?

The car is not registered in the US, nor does it have a US title. We will supply buyer with the de-registration paperwork from Japan that will aide in getting the car registered in the US. We will also get emissions compliance and a US VIN for this car for $1000 extra as a service. Buyer retains ALL RESPONSIBILITIES of registering this car. To find out how to do so, please call your local State Patrol.
yeah that's a good suggestion too!Originally posted by bigpoppanils

SE-R's are tons of fun and rock solid as daily drivers you can beat the piss out of, then take to the AutoX or the track.
