How do I get on Murmur guest list?

There's a group of us going out in AC next week on Monday and Tuesday night, and most do not want to do bottle service. Sigh.....


Anyways, I can't find any info about a guest list for Murmur. If anyone can help I would very much appreciate it. I've been in that line too many times cuz we decided last minute to head there.


Also trying out Dusk for the first time on Tuesday. For that list, do I have to add each person separately? There's no place to add names on the form. I've never done a guest list before.....could ya tell?
