  6. Feeling this one. Great warmup type of jam or end of night track.
  7. I was under the impression that their work for Subliminal just started this year. Ingrosso and Dahlbacks - Lick My Deck off of their Stockholm Disco EP was a MASSIVE tune. That put Ingrosso on the map, not Subliminal. Since then he's been putting out nothing but quality. these guys are defintely everywhere now, good or bad. All i know is that I've been rocking this Mode Hookers track for a hot minute and the electroacid funk sound is definetly the sound of now. In 6 months this could all change though. Such is the way of the force ;D
  8. no worries i'll put up a link for a clip soon.
  9. Yo, That "you don't see me" record is hoott. Major props on that one my friend.
  10. thanks for the welcome post dood. haha diego is da man with Buzz. didn't realize you knew him as well.
  11. Hey good to met you man. I def had a blast playing there! ;D one of the few moments i actually REMEMBER from WMC haha
  12. thanks for the kind words Dino! 8) Congrats on modding the music board here on cooljunkie! The other mix of Find Myself is courtesy of Shield's other side project called Atlantis. He's done a wicked intepretation!
  13. GO D:FUSE! He's always been real friendly to us and I love his vibe. Great sense for music and also a lot of passion for the scene. It will be good to see him at the SF Love Parade even though we aren't playing on the same float~
  14. how is the new circulation?? I gotta find a sample of this somewhere... they always kickass!
  15. Chris & Kai's (Yoshitoshi, Alternative Route, DK Records) Top 10 for Oct 2004 www.chrisandkai.com send all promos to: 201 W 74th St., #8H NY, NY 10023 USA 1: Blur - Song 2 (Granite & Phunk's Fcuk Deluxe Mix) [CD-R] Amazing re-work of the Blur classic. Granite & Phunk bring the HEAT with this hands-in-the-air crowd pleaser. Rock and house never sounded so good! 2: UDG - New Generation (Kai's electro-tribal funk mix) [Garbage] Kai of Chris & Kai turns out a prime-time electro-tribal remix that sneaks in a deadly second bassline in the break to spank some good sense into the hapless partygoers. 3: Quadraphonic - The Sound (The Naboombu's Techno Funk Electro Punk mix) [CD-R] The Naboombu are back with a brand new bag. Find out why Luke Fair is in favor of the "techno funk electro punk" sound...! 4: Guy Gerber - Stoppage Time [bedrock] A welcome new musical direction for Digweed's label. Big synths ring through big time on this track heralding in a flurry of techno-funk synths that come crashing down the gates. ESSENTIAL! 5: MK Connect - The Bassment (Chris & Kai and Kai & Decon original mix) [Tune Inn] A track that originally got support from Sander Kleinenberg now finally released with the Chris & Kai remix. Additional DJ support courtesy of Hernan Cantanneo, Steve Gerrard and D:Fuse. 6: Lee Coombs vs The Frog - Lick the frog [Finger Lickin white] Lee Coombs' re-work of an old school track. Has a bouncing electro synth bassline that really does the damage! 7: Shiloh - I Really Want U (Blake Potter remix) [Nascent CD-R] This is the best remix of this track we've heard. Rips the room a new one everytime with its manic bass driven groove. One of Potter's best efforts to date! 8: Chus & Ceballos vs. Richie Santana - Low Frequencies (D-formation mix) [stereo] This is the track you play to get the whole room jumping up and down all at the same time. Amazingly groovy tribal courtesy of D-Formation on the remix tip. 9: Annie - Chewing Gum (Mylo mix) [679 Recordings] A very radio friendly mix that makes the ladies smile. CATCHY AS ALL HELL! 10: Atomic Grater - Fear [White] Quality booty of Ian Brown's "Fear". Makes great use of the sample and still retains its edge for the club.
