Champps Americana that is.... Looking for a SERIOUS, reliable person. Champps Americana in Edison, NJ @ the Menlo Park Mall will be having a paid competition Wednesday March 1, 2006 starting at 10pm, in which, one winner will recieve 100$ cash and a weekly, paid position to MC the weekly Karaoke compitition at Champps (held each Wednesday at 10pm). If you are a funny, dynamic, person who can handle a crowd and a lively bar scene, feel free to compete. The scene is very hip and trendy--and not at ALL cheesy. A very ethnically diverse crowd is present every week. You will be judged on deliverance of a joke, appearance, stage presence----things of that nature... C'Mon down, it's a lot of fun.....Reliability is crucial for this position.

That Elvis song "a little less conversation," but I get paid to play cheesy stuff-so it's not that bad. You actually start to aquire a taste for it--like fine aged Limburger...

I don't want to gossip or burn any bridges, but I AM sick of empty promises from him. Let's just say I have introduced new talent to him-- and have yet to see a contract, finders-fee, or a thank you for that matter. My husband and I have been so called "friends of his" for years--we've always cared about him and done nice things for him and NEVER has he come thru for us. We are over it!!!

It's sad but true!!

I've gotten fucked over one to many times by this guy. Just for the record he will steal ideas, artists, lyrics and the very SOUL from people if they will let him. I am sick of being a muse for him and REFUSE to help him profit without getting back ANYTHING in return. If you have an idea, don't tell JP about it cause he thinks it's all about HIM!!! This is one person that will not share fame, give props or credit where it's due. Anyone who has dealt with him on any creative business level knows what the fuck I'm talking about.....

I didnt drink it with the persons mentioned. I said I GOT it from them. My point, I guess, was that if you get it from a homemade source not legal-watered down versions, it's more potent. I also wanted to tell people that I know of a reliable source-if anyone is interested, but I didn't know if that was wise on a public messageboard.....
