Clubbing in DC this summer?
I am in DC till the end of August, with some breaks in between...but I was wondering where and what were the really happening clubs in this area...I've only been to like two, one called Culture Club....and the other was on M street..anyone have any suggestions where I can hear some good drum 'n bass/trance/house/techno/acid jazz....

Modern on Thursdays or Sundays - G-town - downtempo to progressive and you can't miss the bongos on Thursday!

Blue Room in Adams Morgan - house fri and sat; techno Sundays

Red in Dupont for some deep house and good after hours.

Dragonfly or 18th street lounge if you want to spend some $$$

And, of course Nation: Buzz on Fridays and Velvet Nation on Saturdays (Gay house)

And check in on the board for upcoming Snowball events.
